2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or purchasing from the Website you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
3. Age restriction (alcohol)
Sales of alcoholic beverages are strictly for 18+. By ordering you confirm you are over 18. We may request proof of age at delivery/pick-up and may refuse delivery if satisfactory proof is not provided.
4. Products & prices
Prices are shown in EUR and include/exclude VAT where stated. Product photos/descriptions are indicative. We may update prices, specifications and availability without prior notice.
5. Orders & contract
A contract is formed once you receive our order confirmation email. If a pricing or stock error is identified, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
6. Payments
Accepted methods: Bank transfer (BACS), Pay in store, Credit/Debit Card, Google/Apple Pay. Third-party payment provider terms apply in addition.
7. Card payments & data security
Card transactions are processed securely by our payment service provider. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our systems.
8. Shipping & delivery
Delivery time is 2–3 working days.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit card, Google/Apple Pay, Bank transfer, and Payment upon collection (if “Pick up from Store” is selected as the shipping method).
Delivery methods are: Courier Delivery and Local Pickup.
Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
Risk & Ownership: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon physical receipt by you or a person you designate (other than the carrier). Ownership transfers upon full payment.
Fragile products: Our products (wines and spirits) are considered fragile and are shipped in appropriate protective packaging. However, we are not liable for damages occurring during transportation unless the carrier is responsible under applicable law. If you receive a product with visible damage, you must report it immediately upon delivery to the carrier and notify us within 24 hours.
9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 10 days from delivery, subject to legal exceptions. See our Returns & Cancellations Policy for procedure, deadlines, and conditions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
Alcoholic beverages whose price depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.
Products unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene and safety.
10. Returns & cancellations

Returns are only accepted if products are returned in their original packaging and condition. Due to their nature as fragile goods, any damage during return transport is the customer’s responsibility, unless due to our fault or legal obligation.

11. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us at [email] promptly. Your statutory warranty rights apply. We will repair/replace or refund as appropriate and cover return shipping where required by law.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (including images, text, product data, graphics, logos and trademarks) is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works without our prior written consent is prohibited.
13. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Website to:
(a) upload/transmit unlawful, defamatory, offensive or harmful content;
(b) infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights;
(c) distribute unsolicited advertising or spam;
(d) upload viruses, malware or code intended to disrupt or damage systems;
(e) collect or store personal data about other users without a lawful basis.
You will indemnify us for loss or damage arising from your breach of this clause to the extent permitted by law.
14. Website availability & security
We strive to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation. You are responsible for using up-to-date anti-malware protection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by denial-of-service attacks, viruses or other harmful material due to your use of the Website.
15. Liability
To the extent allowed by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, data or business). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under law.
16. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
If a complaint cannot be resolved between us, you may refer it to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (Independent Authority) for out-of-court resolution (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). Participation is voluntary and free of charge for consumers. (Note: the EU ODR platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025.)

18. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The version displayed on the Website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
19. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
20. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Website and the sale of products via the Website.
