2. Data we collect

Billing and contact details; order and delivery information; preferences and purchase history; technical data (IP address, device/browser info, logs); limited payment references from payment providers (we do not store full card numbers or CVV).

3. Purposes & legal bases

Contract: processing orders, deliveries, customer support.
Legal obligation: tax and accounting compliance.
Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
Consent: newsletter/marketing, non-essential cookies and analytics.

4. Recipients / processors

Hosting/IT providers, couriers, payment service providers, accountants, email/CRM services—only as necessary for the purposes above and under appropriate data-processing agreements.

5. International transfers

Orders & tax records: up to 6 years or as required by law.
Customer accounts: until deletion or inactivity for 24 months/years.

TLS/HTTPS encryption, access controls, regular updates, backups, and monitoring. While we take reasonable measures, no method is 100% secure.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18 in relation to alcohol purchases. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to delete it.
