Returns & Cancellations

1. Right of withdrawal (10 days)
You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 10 days from the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. To exercise the right, notify us clearly (e.g., email) within the 10-day period.
You must return the goods within 10 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
2. Exceptions
- Products that have been opened/unsealed or used and are not suitable for return for health/safety reasons (e.g., opened bottles).
- Personalised or custom products.
- Perishable or items with a short expiration date, where applicable.
3. How to return
- Send an email to sales@nakis.com.gr with subject “Withdrawal – [Order No]”, or use our model withdrawal form below, within the 10-day period.
- Pack the items securely and send them to the return address in section 4 within 10 days of your notice.
- Items must be in original condition and (where applicable) in their original, unopened packaging, including proof of purchase.

5. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you (except for the standard delivery cost, if any) without undue delay and no later than 10 days from the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. We may deduct any diminished value as per section 1.
Additional delivery upgrades (e.g., express shipping) are not refundable.
6. Return costs
Returns are at the customer’s expense.

7. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us at sales@nakis.com.gr within 10 days with your order number and photos/description. We will repair/replace or refund as appropriate and cover the return shipping where required by law. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
8. Order cancellations
Before dispatch: you may cancel the order for a full refund. After dispatch: please follow the right-of-withdrawal process (section 1).
9. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, indicate the desired item/variant in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
